This might sound funny, but sometimes I do squats and calf raises while blow-drying my hair in the mornings. While I'm stretching after runs, I always include at least one :60 plank and a couple supermans to strengthen my core. Hey, every little bit helps, right?!
I love it- great way to get in a few extra exercises. I hate drying my hair because it takes so long and usually hard to multi-task. Thanks for sharing!
