Fitting it all in?

How do you fit strength training into your work-out schedule?  I did wall push-ups, planks and wall sits last night while watching old episodes of "Bones".  What do you do?


  1. This might sound funny, but sometimes I do squats and calf raises while blow-drying my hair in the mornings. While I'm stretching after runs, I always include at least one :60 plank and a couple supermans to strengthen my core.

  2. I love it- great way to get in a few extra exercises. I hate drying my hair because it takes so long and usually hard to multi-task. Thanks for sharing!
